FAQ

Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single case of any hanger.

How are hangers sold?

By the full case. Each product page shows exactly what's in a case: how many inner boxes or retail packs, how many hangers in total, and the price per hanger.

What does "retail packed" mean?

Retail-packed hangers come in small ready-to-sell packs (2 to 10 hangers per pack), so you can put them straight on your store shelves. Bulk cases come in plain inner boxes of 10–50 hangers for your own racks, closets and fitting rooms.

Can I mix colors or sizes in one case?

Each case holds one color and size. You can order as many different cases as you like in the same order.

Do you offer pallet pricing or custom orders?

Yes. For large orders, mixed pallets or custom requests, contact us or call 347-486-4432.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within the U.S., with no minimum.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 1:30 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.?

Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is the stock on the website up to date?

Yes. Stock is updated from our warehouses' records, and the website won't let you order more cases than we have.

An item is sold out. When will it be back?
