Warranty
Every Quality Hangers product is built for daily use on busy store racks. If a hanger fails because of how it was made, we'll replace it.
1-Year Limited Warranty
We warrant our hangers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date. This covers, for example:
- Hooks that come loose or detach from the hanger body under normal use
- Clips, bars or locking bars that break or stop working under normal use
- Wood that cracks or splits, or finishes and coatings that peel, without misuse
Lifetime guarantee on M018
Our M018 Heavy-Duty Anti-Theft Metal Hanger carries a lifetime guarantee against breakage under normal use.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Normal wear, scratches or marks from everyday use
- Damage from overloading, misuse, accidents, heat, moisture or chemicals
- Hangers that have been altered or repaired
- Damage in transit (please see "Damaged or lost packages" in our Shipping Policy, and report it within 7 days)
How to make a claim
- Email info@quality-hangers.com with your order number, the item SKU, how many hangers are affected and a photo of the problem.
- We'll review it within 7–10 business days.
- If approved, we'll send replacement hangers free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we'll offer a comparable replacement or a refund for the affected hangers.
